My page won't reload when Developer Tools is open (this happens on anything I 'inspect element' on)

Reported by abizzy...@gmail.com, Apr 19 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 50.0.2661.75
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a random Word Press site
2. Use 'inspect element' or just open Developer Tools
3. Try to reload the page... it more than likely will not load if you're loading a WP site w/a preloading script or other scripts

What is the expected result?

What happens instead of that?

I tried a couple of wordpress sites and didn't have any problems reloading them. Can you give a specific site as an example?

I have NO CLUE WHY... but... Javascript was turned off via Developer Tools
so when I reloaded the site w/Developer Tools still open the site would
fail. I switched Javascript back on (via Developer Tools) and the problem
was solved.

I have *never* switched JS off... any idea why that was suddenly switched
off? Was it part of a latest update or did I somehow fat-finger my way in
to turning it off myself? (lol)

This was frustrating as hell but I'm up and running now!!

Thank you for your response. :)

Thank you for providing more feedback. Adding requester "erikchen@chromium.org" for another review and adding "Needs-Review" label for tracking.

Glad to hear everything is working. I can't think of any reason why JS would turn off by itself in the Developer Tools.
