What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/autofill ,click on 'add new street address' enter data in first/last name and email id field.
2.Navigate to https://my.vudu.com/AccountSetup.html ,enter initial letter or double click on first/ email id field such that list appears.
3.Click on data from autofill list and observe.

Actual: Data doesn't populate after clicking from autofill suggestion list.

Expected: Data should populate after clicking from autofill suggestion list.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M44' and below is manual regression range:
Good Build: 44.0.2384.0 
Bad Build:  44.0.2385.0
