Issue description

Windows Cloud Print download site not available

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at https://dl.google.com/tag/s/appguid%3D%7B9B13FA92-1F73-4761-AB78-2C6ADAC3660D%7D%26iid%3D%7BE9D3E61C-3D9F-6C0C-055E-CCF1A7AE9961%7D%26lang%3Den%26browser%3D4%26usagestats%3D0%26appname%3DGoogle%2520Cloud%2520Printer%26needsadmin%3Dtrue/cloudprint/virtualprintersetup.exe might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Canary Version - 52.0.2712.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win7/64 bit - Version 50.0.2661.94 m & Version 52.0.2720.0 canary (64-bit).
Able to download the file correctly.

Please check the firewall settings at your end and try it again ?
