Remote USB debug crash

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 50.0.2661.75 (Build oficial) m (64 bits)
URLs (if applicable) : chrome://inspect/
Other browsers tested: NO


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Upgrade chrome to 50.0.2661.75
(2) Access to chrome://inspect/
(3) Try to inspect chrome tab/webview of a remotely USB connected device

What is the expected result?
The inspect window should open.

What happens instead?
The inspect windows gets opened but closes immediately

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
It works correctly in the canary version of chrome


 
It started happening today.

If I try to debug via USB when I have a chrome v49 in the device, it crashes...

If I try to debug via USB when I have a chrome beta installed v50 in the device it 
doesn't crash

As claudi mentions, the crash happens when you try to remotely inspect a v49 chrome. It also occurs when inspecting a Webview inside an Android(v5.1) app.

The problem is solved in Chrome "52.0.2713.0 canary (64-bit)"
