Non-Regression : Captured screenshot is seen weird when Dev tools is docked to Bottom |

Issue descriptionVersion: 51.0.2704.14 OS: Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome -> Go to chrome://apps page -> Now Press F12 to open Dev tools (2)Now Dock the Dev tools to bottom -> Click on "Toggle device toolbar"-> Select "Nexus 5X" Device (3)Drag the Devtools to top so that all App Icons should be visible(Please refer Actual Video) -> Now click on "More options" and select "Capture screenshot"-> Open screenshot and observe Expected: Captured screenshot should be seen clearly Actual: Instead Captured screenshot is seen weird when Dev tools is docked to Bottom Note: Issue is not seen on Windows OS This is Non-Regression Issue as "Capture Screenshot" Feature is introduced from 51.0.2694.0 Build MANUAL CHANGELOG URL : https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/51.0.2693.0..51.0.2694.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting https://codereview.chromium.org/1840533002 from Manual Changelog @pfeldman : Please feel free to re-assign if its not related to your change

That's all we can do. We do the readback from GPU, so if the pixels are not on the screen we can't grab them :( |
