MemoryInfra: Exclude memory-infra overhead from the heap profiler

Currently the heap profiler dump is dominated with the memory-infra overhead -- and that accounts for the large amount of malloc'ed memory. I would like to have a view into malloc'ed memory that excludes memory-infra overheads.

Renderer memory team has the same feature request as well.
