New recipe roller simulation test output is hard to understand and use to debug

The simulation_test output in the roll step is basically unreadable, as it is all stuck on one line.

On the plus side, but unrelated, Pawel's new algorithm successfully figured out that there was an ok trivial roll; see https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/internal.infra.cron/builders/recipe-autoroller-internal/builds/311
