Changing bug from "Need FCC labels" to broader polish updates:

- card specific specs for about chrome/chromeOS (not too much different then before) 
- assets for logo lockups. ChromeOS will be regarded as "Chromebooks" not Chrome OS.

I am closing this issue, since the only remaining item is changing the product logos, already tracked by issue 619120. Please re-open if there are more items left.
