licensecheck.pl should only print out each detected license once

https://codereview.chromium.org/1842653006/ adds third_party/protobuf/conformance/third_party/jsoncpp/jsoncpp.cpp which due to amalgamation results in licensecheck.pl printing out "MIT/X11 (BSD like) Public domain MIT/X11 (BSD like)" as the result.

It should not print out the MIT license twice.
