Media Player : Error handling while video is deleted |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 51.0.2704.15 Chrome OS Version: 8172.4.0 Chrome OS Platform: All Network info: Wifi Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1) Start playing any video in internal media player (2) Delete video while it is playing (3) Seek video (4) Observe error " An error occurred. Click to restart from the beginning." (5) Click on player and observe behavior. Expected Result: Throw an error as there is no video or close media player Actual Result: showing loading circle for loading the video which is no more available How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible.
