What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. begin filling out form
4. use "autofill" feature
3. click "next" on form

What is the expected result?
The next part of the form appears

What happens instead of that?
The autofilled data is not recognized by the form, and it ask you to re-fill out all data that had been autofilled
