What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to videojs.com while on the Cast-enabled network
(2) Play the first video
(3) Cast the video using the overlayed Cast button in the top left corner
(4) Wait for the video to cast and notification to appear, look at the notification.

What is the expected output?
The notification should have text showing up with the title of the tab.

What do you see instead?
The text area is empty.

Able to reproduce 4/5 times. Sometimes the issue only reproduces if I swipe Chrome away while casting and the notification becomes empty until disappears.
