Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 7978.57.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.79 Safari/537.36 Platform: 7978.57.0 (Official Build) beta-channel lulu Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open an app and it goes off screen 2. New mail creates two notifications for every one email 3. What is the expected behavior? Windows positions to be saved as in the stable channel and not move around constantly. One notification for one email. What went wrong? Window positions are not remembered. Two notifications appear for every one notification. Did this work before? Yes Stable channel. Chrome version: 50.0.2661.79 Channel: beta OS Version: 7978.57.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Please do not report multiple issues in a single bug. Please file a separate issue for the app opening off screen issue. Please include which app(s) are affected. Screenshots or pictures would be helpful. For the notifications issue, is this in gmail? Do you possibly have multiple gmail windows open?

For the notification problem this appears to have been fixed in the most recent release of the OS. I will open a new case for the off screen issue.
