Regression: Browser crashes on removing the user after enabling ‘Material Design User Manager’.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2711.0 (Official Build)2f8c7fcf0ca7d22c7ef943ea5e3256914bef70f1-refs/heads/master@{#387833} OS: Mac Per condition: Make sure 2 users must be in people section. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and click on 'Switch user' option from top right. 2. Try to remove one user and observe. Actual: Crash is observed. Expected: Crash should not be observe. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 52’ and will soon update info.

My CL only affects Chrome OS. Since I don't know who works on Chrome for Mac, assign back to dmascarenhas@ to find a better owner.

Unable to repro this issue on MAC (10.11.4) for Google Chrome Canary Version - 52.0.2715.0 Screen-recording is attached. @dmascarenhas: Could you please have a look at the attached screen-recording and let us know if this is the correct procedure. Also, pleas update your Google Chrome to Latest Canary Version - 52.0.2715.0 and let us know your observations. Thank you.
