Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.75 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Variaous URLs. Mostly tested with AWS endpoints Steps to reproduce the problem: Not sure there is exact steps to reproduce, as it happens intermittently 1. Create XHR/Fetch 2. Repeatedly call several the sequence of endpoints 3. At some point request is cancelled What is the expected behavior? Receive onerror and/or onabort event What went wrong? Nothing is triggered in JavaScript. Neither of attached handlers (onerror/onabort/ontimeout) is called when request is cancelled. 'onloadend' also is not triggered. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 50.0.2661.75 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 15.10 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 I have digged into net-internals and always see that: https://gyazo.com/9644aca295b5b8aaf5884fabd33e212b There is HTTP_STREAM_PARSER_READ_HEADERS followed by CANCELLED statement. Timings [dt] are always different.

My further investigation showed that cancellation was triggered by WebWorker termination. However, I am not calling terminate() anywhere in my code. So, seems llike a webworker failure

Thanks for investigating. I'll add the webworker label. Can you share the details of your investigation?
