Form input autocomplete showing under taskbar/outside of screen

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Visit http://jsfiddle.net/vungyn/y62mf98g/1/embedded/result/
2. Move the window so the form input (bottom of page) is close to taskbar or bottom of screen
3. Enter any value and press enter
4. Go back to the page and you should see the autocomplete window shows underneath the input

What is the expected behavior?
The autocomplete window should show above the input if it is will cut off at the taskbar or bottom of the screen

What went wrong?
The autocomplete window shows underneath the input
