Regression - Unity Launcher support for KDE not working in Chrome 51 (unstable)

Reported by gb...@bzb.us, Apr 17 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.7 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download any file from a website
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?
Download status should appear in the KDE status area as described here:
http://blog.broulik.de/2016/01/on-being-more-convenient/

What went wrong?
No status is displayed for Chrome 51 (unstable). Current chrome stable (50) is working fine. Status shows corrrectly.

Did this work before? Yes Currently working in Chrome stable (50). Not working in the unstable branch.

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.7 Channel: dev
OS Version: 4.4.6 (F23)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Wanted to get this reported and resolved hopefully before Chrome 51 rolls to stable.

I also just tested this from a clean install of Ubuntu 15.10 using the default unity desktop. Same results... there is a regression in Chrome 51 where the download status bar doesn't show on the unity icon. It works fine using Chrome 50.
