nested flexbox issue [CSS]

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.7 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Could be worked around by giving the innermost .row a min-height: min-content. Would be fixed by  bug 596743 .

But I actually am not immediately sure why we do calculate a 0 height for that row... tentatively sounds like a bug, independent of the min-height issue mentioned above.

oh! this is a quirks mode page. I would always recommend strict mode; add a <!DOCTYPE html> at the top and the page renders correctly.
