desktopCapture extension: Audio glitches/distorted during audio capture of Entire screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download and install the desktopCapture extension from https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/chrome/common/extensions/docs/examples/api/desktopCapture
(2) In a Chrome tab, play a youtube video (or, play a local mp3 audio file)
(3) Launch the Desktop Capture extension and click 'Start'
(4) Click on 'Entire Screen' and click 'Share' (notice the 'Share audio' checkbox is enabled by default)

What is the expected output?
Audio heard over speaker/headset should be clear, and that of the youtube video/local mp3 file, that is being played

What do you see instead?
Audio is severely distorted

Note: I disabled the tab capture flag 'Desktop share with tab source'

That is expected.

Because you capture the system audio and play it out in the same system, and then the playout will be captured again. Then again and again, the result audio is un-hearable.
