What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) log on the DUT
(2) connect external monitor using HDMI-HDMI cable and follow below sequence at DUT end
(3) play youtube streaming on primary screen 
(3) plug - close lid - unplug - suspend - open lid to resume

What is the expected output? 
primary screen should continue playing the youtube streaming.

What do you see instead?
chrome crash and chrome browser recover message on new browser tab.
