Seems very unlikely, the CL itself is 36KB excluding layout tests. The other two changes in the range are even less unlikely though as they only modify tests.

My change takes libblink_core.so from 27076KB to 27092KB and makes no change to the size of the chrome binary. Unable to repro size bump.
