Trying to narrow it down a bit, I could only see this being caused by one of:

139c34259dd888542d53715f68d5abb8f1777b44 added a class, but 5MB of binary size for a class is doubtful.

7a7ffc4b518c0315a3b9000f485b8027b694a582 added DLL export to one class which was already in the library.

8a89723f74422ac8bd015f5e36aca06b296bed4e adds very little code (it is intended to support as-yet-unlanded code). I'd be astonished if it lead to 5 MB.
