table row height bug

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.75 Safari/537.36

What is the expected behavior?
div.content should be stretched to 100% of parent's height

What went wrong?
div.content's height is default

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes chrome 49

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3

This was an intentional change to better match firefox and the spec.
yurkins, to fix it, add a table-cell between .row and .content. In this case, firefox matched our old behavior :(

of course I fix it with adding table-cell in a middle, thanks. But why WontFix and what's meaning of "better match firefox"? FF, IE and Chrome49 had the same behaviour, and how Chrome50 is better matched now? ;)
