This was an intentional change to better match firefox and the spec.

yurkins, to fix it, add a table-cell between .row and .content. In this case, firefox matched our old behavior :(

of course I fix it with adding table-cell in a middle, thanks. But why WontFix and what's meaning of "better match firefox"? FF, IE and Chrome49 had the same behaviour, and how Chrome50 is better matched now? ;)
