Many of the descriptions in policy_templates.json explain how a policy affects ARC apps. This information is useful to Chrome OS admins. However, it is of no use to Windows admins as ARC is a Chrome OS-only feature.

When generating ADM/ADMX templates from policy_templates.json, we should remove information about ARC to make our templates less cluttered.

The best way to do this probably is to annotate a section of the description as "ARC only" so that it can easily be included/excluded, based on the platform we are generating templates for.
