Menus have very sad fonts (Win10, 52 canary)

I'm going to guess it was maybe related to suspend/resume? But not sure.

Affects all context menus too. Tabstrip and content area seem OK.

Hmm, looks like something's horribly wrong with alpha blending. Do we use DirectWrite in the browser process on Windows 10?
