Is this specific to Mac, or does it affect all operating systems?
Happens on Win 7/10 too.

I don't repro this issue on Mac 10.11+Chrome 51.0.2704.19. when I tried, between pause and resume recording, no audio + video is recorded.
Please upgrade Chrome and try again.

I checked with Chrome Beta 51.0.2704.22 beta (64-bit) and I could not reproduce the issue.

Thanks for the follow up. I guess there's nothing to
do about this bug since it has been addressed. I
probably missed it due to the Component not being
Blink>MediaStream>Recording (Blink>Media being too
generic).
