Chrome version : 52.0.2709.0 (Official Build) 47b2a9fe450ab29b10c4adc7772a199d8705e49a-refs/heads/master@{#387490} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows (Win 7 aero enabled)

Steps : 
1. Launch chrome, go to "chrome://extensions" and check 'Developer mode' option.
2. Click on 'Load unpacked extension', browse for the folder saved and add 'Calculator' sample app extension.
3. Click on Avatar icon and go to incognito mode.
4. Now exit from incognito mode, again click on avatar icon and click on 'switch person', observe.

Actual : The browser gets crashed after clicking on 'switch person' option in sign-in overlay.
Expected : The browser should not crash after selecting  'switch person' option from 'sign-in' overlay.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-52' and below is the manual regression and change log info.
Good Build :  52.0.2707.0
Bad Build :  52.0.2708.0

Suspecting : r 387037 ?  from change log

@lfg : Could you please help to reassign if your change is not the cause for this issue

Note : 1. Above issue is not reproducible on Chromium builds hence provided the change log info.
       2. This is Windows OS specific issue and not seen on Mac and Linux OS.
