It takes a little bit of time to render for printing for me, but it eventually succeeds and does not crash. Unless someone else can also reproduce this and get a crash report id, we cannot really make any progress here.

The crashing happens intermittently. I tried it again and it did complete after 3 minutes 40 seconds, which isn't really an acceptable time to generate a PDF!
I have used developer tools to try and see what the issue is and it is the div{float:left; position:relative; left:8%; text-align:left;} in the stylesheet.
If you remove the float:left from the css rule the PDF is generated quickly.
I hope this helps.

Sure, I guess since the bug has been filed, we can work on the slowness as well. If you do manage to get a crash id, please post it.

A quick trace on my MBAir shows a total of ~27 secs, with four 6-7 second chunks of layout happening.

I was testing on a Acer Aspire V11 Touch and got a time of 3 minutes 40 seconds.

Yes, try to migrate to the "Canary" channel for the quickest fix, also if your using older versions of Windows (Like Vista, 7, 8), always use the most updated Windows 10, and enable framework.

I have attached a simplified HTML file that quite nicely reproduces the error. In case that web page changes. Simply remove the style tag to see the problem no longer occur.

The original link is dead and the attachment in comment 15 renders fairly fast for me. Though the attachment has lots of broken links to resources. I can't tell if the bug has gone away or if we just don't have a repro.
