Zoom settings lost when updating in Ubuntu

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install v49
2. Customize zoom settings
3. Update to v50

What is the expected behavior?
Custom zoom settings shouldn't be affected by the update process.

What went wrong?
Default zoom had been set to 125% with many sites individually set to 110% or 100%. After the update, default zoom was set to 100% and all per site settings were gone as well.
