Regression: Weird print preview is observed in chrome webstore.

Chrome Version: 51.0.2704.7 (Official Build) a8bebc2b0cd3e3018b7c9f6ac698f04dd226abba-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#48} 32/64 Bit.
OS: Windows (Win 7 Aero-Enabled)
Pre-condition: Make sure 'Background graphics' is selected in print preview.

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/apps?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon
2. Click on any app (For eg. Google Hangouts) and give print command (Ctrl+P).
3. Scroll down the print preview and observe.

Actual: Opened app overlay (i.e. Google Hangouts) is seen on two pages in print preview.

Expected: Opened app overlay (i.e. Google Hangouts) should be seen only on single page in print preview.

This is a regression issue broken in M-51, will soon update the other info.
