Regression: Weird overlapping is seen in color palettes section of dev tools.

Chrome Version: 52.0.2709.0 Revision 47b2a9fe450ab29b10c4adc7772a199d8705e49a-refs/heads/master@{#387490}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome,open dev tools window and then click to open color picker window under ’Style’ section
(2) Click on arrow and observe the color palettes section.

Weird overlapping is seen after clicking on arrow in color palettes section.

No such overlapping should seen.

This is a regression issue,broken in 'M-52',will soon update the other info.

Correction in Step 2:

2.Click on second bi-direction arrow icon to open color palettes section and move mouse pointer away from the color picker window, observe the Page colors section.

Good Build: 52.0.2705.0
Bad Build: 52.0.2707.0

Just to update, Issue is still observed across all OS platforms using chrome latest canary M52-52.0.2711.0 . 
samli@ - Any update on this bug? Could you please check is this issue is related to your change.
