Forward navigation button enable issue with onbeforeunload confirm dialog

Issue description

Chrome Version
        Linux Ubuntu : 44.0.2403.130 (64-bit)
           Windows-7 : 49.0.2623.87  (32-bit)
           Mac OS    : 49.0.2623.110 (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : http://demo.redmine.org/issues/129783 (Or similar)
Other browsers tested: YES
     Safari: OK
    Firefox: OK
         IE: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Login to http://demo.redmine.org site with some credentials.
(2) Go to any issue link present in http://demo.redmine.org/issues/
(3) Click the Edit link -> Text area box will appear
(4) Put some characters in the text box
(5) Press back button from the toolbar
(6) modal dialog to confirm navigate back will appear and forward navigation button will be enabled
(7) Click "Stay on this Page" button

What is the expected result?
The navigation forward button should be disabled

What happens instead?
The forward navigation button is still enabled and nothing happens when clicked.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Able to repro this issue on Windows 7, MAC (10.11.4) & Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) for Google Chrome Stable Version - 50.0.2661.75

This is a Non-Regression issue existing from M30 # - 30.0.1549.0

Hopefully this is the same issue:
1. Visit page1 in a new tab. 'Back' is disabled.
2. Go to page2 in the same tab. 'Back' is enabled.
3. Click back, get a 'stay on this page' dialog, pick 'stay'.

'Back' is now disabled (as if we went to page1), but it should still be enabled.
