Update continuous build link on build.chromium.org |

Issue descriptionThe link to the continuous builds on the upper left hand of build.chromium.org point to the obsolete continuous builds which haven't been updated in about a month. They need to be updated to point to the snapshots, specifically: https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html Maybe this is as easy as updating the announce header; haven't checked. Suspect it may require a restart of the build.chromium.org AppEngine app, or manual syncing of a workspace on a master.

I've synced on the master as well. Now it should just take a couple minutes to propagate through appengine.
