Report all processes on which a crash is seen.

There was a recent spike in Canary Windows crashes, on ppapi, extension and renderer processes.

The bug that was filed only indicates that it was on ppapi processes. Can we report all processes on which it is seen/spiked?

Ah I just saw this. We weren't cc-ed. Yes the crash impact should be fixed to include multiple process types.
