Code review UI does not show TBR patches |

Issue descriptionI have recently been set as TBR reviewer on some patches, but when I open up https://codereview.chromium.org/ I do not see them, since the issues are already closed. It's very easy to miss the email notifications for these, in which case I would never see that I was supposed to review something. Can we please have a "TBR" section in the UI? I am using the new UI (in my settings, the "Deprecated UI" box is not ticked) but it seems to be the same in the old UI too.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
