3. Open any page with Microsoft Edge
4. Scroll the page up or down
5. See the difference (Chrome feels a bit janky)

What is the expected behavior?
Smooth Scrolling behaviour should match with the OS. Chrome feels a bit janky when compared with Microsoft Edge.

What went wrong?
Scrolling feels like using another operating systeam than Windows 10. Windows 10 has smooth scrolling feature across almost all apps such as File Explorer, Start menu, Microsoft Edge. All have same smooth scrolling behavior.
