[MacViews] Button stroke and shadow incorrect

Project Member Reported by shrike@chromium.org, Apr 14 2016

Issue description

The button stroke in the mocks is a gray value of 210 across the top, 192 along the sides, and 161 along the bottom.

There is also a slight shadow beneath the button, gray value 219.

For the blue button it's (38,120,244) along the top, (0,50,255) along the bottom, and a gradient from the top color to the bottom color along the sides.

The shadow beneath the button is a bit strong - the first line is
(154,162,180) and the second is (208,210,217).

BTW, we aren't pulling colors from the Material Design spec. because this is not Material Design UI.

Looking at the whole spec I realize things are a bit more complicated that what I started here. I'm going to close out this but and create a new one, just so that things are not confusing.
