What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, navigate to above url
2) Now right click on the page to open context menu and click on 'Translate to English' and observe the text at the bottom of the page

Actual : Text gets chopped after selecting 'Translate to English' from context menu
Expected : Text should not get chopped after selecting 'Translate to English' from context menu

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0)
