What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, Sign in to chrome and add/import a supervised user from chrome://settings.
2) Click on avatar icon in parent profile and select Exit and childlock option (Switch person window appears).
3) Observe the parent profile in Switch person window.

Warning icon is missing for locked profile.

Warning icon should be seen for locked profile.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-52, below is the bisect info
Manual bisect:
Good build: 52.0.2706.0 
Bad build: 52.0.2707.0
