After zooming to 110 % numeric value on ruler appears blur in chrome://tracing

Chrome Version:51.0.2704.7 (Official Build) a8bebc2b0cd3e3018b7c9f6ac698f04dd226abba-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#48} 32/64 Bit. 
OS: Windows (Win 7 Aero enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome, go to chrome://tracing page and click on 'Record' button.
2.Click on 'Record' button to record the traces and then click on 'Stop' button.
3.Zoom the page upto 110% only and observe the numeric value on ruler.

Actual: After zooming to 110 % numeric value on ruler appears blur. 

Expected: After zooming to 110 % numeric value on ruler should be properly visible. 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0) 

Note: Issue not seen on Mac & Linux OS.
