Issue descriptionChrome Version:51.0.2704.7 (Official Build) a8bebc2b0cd3e3018b7c9f6ac698f04dd226abba-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#48} OS: Windows, Linux, Mac What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp 2. Click on Fullscreen icon of the first html5 video and then give print command (Ctrl+P) 3. Scrolldown the print preview and observe. Actual: Unnecessary video is seen on every preview page. Expected: Preview should be proper. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 51’ and will soon update the bisect info: Good build:51.0.2701.0 Bad build:51.0.2702.0

The expected behaviour is broken too - it gets rendered like that because full-screen makes the video position:fixed. It's correct (per css 2.1) to render fixed position objects on each page of paged media. So this is not a regression - but there is something to figure out here: what's the right way to print-preview a page that is in fullscreen?

Needs an spec change. The behaviour is currently spec-compliant.
