What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open 'DevTools' window and go to 'Profiles' section.
2. Select 'Record Heap Allocations' radio button and click on 'Start' button and observe.

On clicking Start button, it navigated to 'Snapshot' page while recording is in progress.
On clicking Start button, it should not navigate to 'Snapshot' page when recording is in progress.

Note: It should only navigate to snapshot page after completion of recording (After clicking on 'Stop' button) as seen for 'Collect JavaScript CPU Profile' option.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-30 series.
