Might this have been fixed with issue 621481? Ian, could you take a look? There is nothing specific to Offline pages that would affect snackbar behavior.

This bug looks obsolete. Is there still an "offline pages" UI? Or is there a new way to reproduce the bug?

Reload snackbar is still alive and well. It will be shown if you are viewing an offline page and go online 1. enable offlining-recent-pages 2. navigate to a page 3. go offline 4. reload (you should see offline omnibox chip) 5. go online (you should see a "RELOAD" snackbar)

ianwen@, looks like changing font in settings kills the snackbar from appearing. Restarting Chrome 'fixes' it. The easier repro is to download a page and then open it from Download Home UI while online - this should always show the RELOAD snackbar.

Is changing font still part of the repro steps? If so I would still keep it as a low priority. :)

I think this bug is a pure snackbar bug and is not necessarily related to offline.
