[Regression]: Bubble overlay doesn't stay on hitting space key

OS: Ubuntu 14.04,windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and go to https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/permissions/index.html
(2) Click on Geolocation bubble and select block from bubble so that location blocked icon is seen in omnibox
(3) Hit F6 from keyboard so that focus is in URL >> Press tab[so that focus moves to block icon] >> Hit space key from keyboard and observe

Expected: On hitting space key bubble overlay should be opened.
Actual: Instead overlay doesn't stay

NOTE: This works fine on using "Enter" key

This is a regression issue broken in M51.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 51.0.2704.7.On mac the bubble overlay is not opening on hitting space key.

Still able to repro this issue on Windows 7 and Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) for Google Chrome Dev Version - 51.0.2704.19
