Regression: In chrome://history, text is seen in English when browser language is changed to Hindi.

Issue description

Version: 51.0.2704.7 (Official Build) a8bebc2b0cd3e3018b7c9f6ac698f04dd226abba-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#48} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (Win 7-Aero enabled)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, Sign in to chrome, navigate to some webpages so that history is generated.
2) Change browser language to 'Hindi' from 'Language' section of 'chrome://settings' and restart the browser.
3) Navigate to 'chrome://history' and observe.

Text is seen in English when browser language is changed to Hindi. 

Text should be seen in Hindi when browser language is changed to Hindi. 

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51, below is the bisect info
Manual bisect:
Good build: 51.0.2699.0
Bad build: 51.0.2700.0

@ msramek : Could you please help to reassign if your change is not the cause of this issue.

Note: 1) Issue is not reproducible on Chromium builds as unable to Sign in to chrome, hence providing suspect from Changelog URL.
      2) Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

Thanks for the report. The string has recently changed (in this case we only added a period to the end) because of the changes in  issue 595332 . It apparently wasn't translated yet; let me check that.

Just to update, verified the issue on Windows on Latest Dev# 51.0.2704.7 and was able to reproduce the issue.
Note: Verified the same on Latest Canary# 52.0.2711.0 and the issue is not reproducible.

It seems that our strings have gone through the translation process by now. Thanks again for catching this!
