REPRO STEPS:
1.Check <Show expanded input options in the shelf> in the setting page
2.Go to desktop  , not open any app
3.Click opt-in icon to open menu list 
4.Click anywhere in screen  

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Menu list still displayed

Expected:
Menu list should disappear when click any location of screen

Note:
It is ok for system menu
