Regression: Misalignment of Bookmark bubble is observed after enabling ‘Toolkit-Views Browser Dialogs’

Chrome Version:51.0.2704.7 (Official Build) a8bebc2b0cd3e3018b7c9f6ac698f04dd226abba-refs/branch-heads/2704@{#48}
OS: Mac

Pre- condition: Enable ‘Toolkit-Views Browser Dialogs’

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and click on ‘Star’ icon present in omnibox (i.e. bookmark any webpage or NTP)
2. Observe the Bookmark bubble.

Actual: Misalignment of Bookmark bubble is observed.
Expected: Misalignment should not be seen .

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 51’ and will soon update the info:

Good build: 51.0.2673.0
Bad build: 51.0.2678.0

Note: Above flags is flag is not available for Windows and Linux OS.

Just to update, Verified the issue on Latest Dev# 51.0.2704.7 and Latest Canary# 52.0.2711.0 on Mac and the issue is still reproducible.

afaik mac views is not targeted at m51 and this isn't a release blocker.

Trent, I have no idea how to fix this, even if my change does seem a likely culprit.
