pit: playing a resolution change video hangs

Version: M52 8184.0.0
ChromeOS peach pit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download gs://chromiumos-test-assets-public/MSE/switch_1080p_720p.webm
(2) Play the video in chrome on the device.

What do you see instead?
The video hanged in 1 to 2 seconds. The progress bar played to the end (0:29) though.


I'll try oak later.
