Tracker bug to get remaining Chrome dialogs on Mac using toolkit-views. Everything except the top-chrome basically. Including:
 - Task Manager
 - All Bubbles: add bookmark, save password, translate, etc.
 - Edit Bookmark dialog
 - Various NSAlerts
 - Print preview (note: webui)

The Native-styled Cocoa dialogs are:

 - Bookmark bubble
 - Bookmark edit (also rename, bookmark all)
 - Desktop Media Picker UI
 - Translate bubble, Save Password bubble
 - "Developer mode extensions" bubble, "Your extensions now live here" bubble
 - First run bubble
 - "Use Google for Spelling suggestions" funky dialog
 - Protocol Handlers
 - Content settings bubbles (or "page action" bubbles) -- e.g. Content Blocked
 - "Global error bubble"
