Text area bug in Inspector

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 50.0.2661.75 (Official Build) m (32-bit) URLs (if applicable) : - Other browsers tested: 51.0.2704.4 dev-m What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open inspector, find a multi-line text field eg h1, p etc (2) go to start of second line (3) using arrow keys use up arrow (your cursor should be outside white text area) (4) then try to move to the right/left while outside text area What is the expected result? Cursor move inside text area as usual What happens instead? Inspector only freezes Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Attached is where cursor should be to create bug.

I cannot figure out how to recreate this bug. Can you please post a video/gif or better instructions of this bug? Thanks!
