Text area bug in Inspector

Chrome Version       : 50.0.2661.75 (Official Build) m (32-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : -
Other browsers tested: 51.0.2704.4 dev-m

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open inspector, find a multi-line text field eg h1, p etc
(2) go to start of second line
(3) using arrow keys use up arrow (your cursor should be outside white text area)
(4) then try to move to the right/left while outside text area

What is the expected result?
Cursor move inside text area as usual

What happens instead?
Inspector only freezes

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Attached is where cursor should be to create bug.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7,Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.4 using chrome version 50.0.2661.75 and canary 52.0.2714.0.
This is regression issue broken in M49.Please find the bisect information as below.

Bug repro steps:
- Find Text area with 2 or more lines
- Move cursor to second line on far left
- Move cursor up using arrow keys
- Move cursor left and or right
- Inspector crashes
